What is a broadcast/announce list?

Broadcast (sometimes called 'announce') lists are meant for one-way communication. They are great for newsletters, specials, announcements or general communication with your customers and clients. Schools use them to keep parents updated about student activities. City and State agencies use them for broadcasting weather and security alerts. Parents use them to keep other parents aware of neighborhood and school meetings

Why doesn't ListServe do Tracking?

We feel like that is a privacy issue. We feel that no one should ever open an email and have someone else know that they opened that email. We take privacy and security issues very seriously.
