We reserve the right to interpret whether activities constitute spamming or other Authorized Usage Policy(AUP) violations. If the case that we determine that there is spamming or other activities that we feel violates our published AUP; we reserve the right to terminate services without advance notice and without refund of any fees paid.
• We require that our clients abide by all copyright, obscenity, and other laws governing content of publications in the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Berne Convention.
• We strive to do everything we can to protect the privacy of our users. Please feel free to share any comments and concerns with us. We will be sure to address them.
• We reserve the right to block access to or from any IP address, mail server, domain or email address without warning or recourse.
